FIELDTIPS
Circe is the important innovation from almo Sementi in the Carnaroli group.
This variety is characterized by excellent yield to industrial processing, high production and excellent resistance to bending.
Thanks to high amylose content and biometric characteristics, Circe is perfectly comparable to Carnaroli variety.
At least one fungicide treatment is recommended to produce a high quality product.
To obtain an excellent yield, do not allow plants to over mature before harvesting (humidity not less than 24%).
