Delfo is the first variety, in Italy and in Europe, with a bronze pericarp.
Delfo was registrated on national catalogue in the 2018 and it is the big alternative of the coloured rice’s cultivation.
Its cycle is medium and It adapts to all growing environment and to underground sowing very well.
Its yield and production are very high; it has also a good resistent to the several disease of rice.
In regard to human nutrition Delfo is rich of fiber and vitamins and its aroma is very strong.
