FIELDTIPS

Sibilla is a new important variety for risotto belonging to the Carnaroli class.
Thank its grain and its high amylose Sibilla is perfectly comparable to Carnaroli.
Its short stem makes it resistant to bending and thanks to its early cycle Sibilla can be sow until mid May.
Its production is excellent and the yields are surprising.
To obtain an excellent yield, do not allow plants to over mature before harvesting (humidity not less than 24%).
